Aromatic Foot Soak

Warm up cold feet and relax.

After a long day, footbaths are a great way to warm cold feet and relax, offering benefits to the entire body!

Ingredients

Supplies

Directions

STEP 1

Drop the essential oils into an empty 5 ml glass bottle to use as a "stock blend" so you have the oils easily accessible for future foot baths.

STEP 2

Add a few drops of the stock blend to 1/3 cup of  Pink Himalayan salt and 1 tbsp of Jojoba oil. Lay a towel on the floor to put the basin of water on.

STEP 3

Add this mixture to a basin full of hot water. Be sure it’s not too hot as you don’t want scalded feet. Soak for 10 - 15 minutes. Grab a favorite magazine or book and relax. Keep a container of hot water handy that you can pour into your foot bath periodically to keep it hot.

STEP 4

After this is completed, briefly put feet in cold water. Feeling brave? Opt-out of the cold water foot bath and run in the snow for a few seconds!

Safety and dilution

Due to the corn mint, please use caution with those who are pregnant, nursing, or are on blood thinners. For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any sensitivity.

Kid safety: This blend should be used cautiously with kids under 10.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
