Cold & Flu Not Welcome Lotion

Keep yourself healthy with this amazing immune support lotion blend.

Feeling under the weather? This amazing lotion blend supports the immune system, helping your body send an oncoming cold or flu packing. These oils are also incredibly supportive for healthy airway function!

Ingredients

8 drops of Norway Pine Oil

5 drops of Honey Myrtle Oil

5 drops of Sandalwood Oil

1 fl oz of Lotion - Unscented

Supplies

1 glass jar (1 fl-oz)

Directions

STEP 1

Combine essential oils in 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.

STEP 2

Mix with a clean stir rod or metal spoon.

STEP 3

Rub on throat and chest as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if pregnant. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
