Cold & Cough Buster Diffuser Blend

Restore airway and lung function during a cold or flu.

These oils work to reduce congestion and inflammation, open up the airways, and calm spastic coughing so you can breathe easy again. They also offer powerful support for the immune system, too!

Ingredients

20 drops of Ravintsara Oil

10 drops of Juniper Berry Oil

10 drops of Engelmann Spruce Oil

10 drops of Cypress Oil

Supplies

1 glass bottle with orifice reducer (5 ml)

Directions

STEP 1

Combine all essential oils in a dark 5 ml glass bottle.

STEP 2

Add several drops of this blend to a diffuser.

Safety and dilution

For asthmatics, please use with caution. We recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any sensitivity.

Kid safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.

Pet safety: If using as a diffuser blend, ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
