Cooling Tonic Spray

Soothe hot and inflamed areas with this cooling tonic.

This blend is so helpful for cooling hot, inflamed areas. It can provide soothing relief for minor burns, overexposure to the sun, rashes, menopausal hot flashes, and much more. Try this blend if you need fast, refreshing, cooling effects!

Directions

STEP 1

Blend the essential oils in a 4 oz spray bottle of aloe vera gel.

STEP 2

Add the Solubol (Dispersant) to the Aloe/Essential Oil mixture.

STEP 3

Cap the bottle and shake generously to blend.

STEP 4

Spray on hot area 3 times a day, or more as needed. If using with hot flashes, close your eyes and spray on your face as often as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 0.5% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: If using on kids between 5 and 10, we recommend avoiding the peppermint.

Shelf Life

This spray should be used w/in 3-6 mo due to the all-natural, preservative-free ingredients.
