Directions

STEP 1

Blend the essential oils in a 5 ml dark glass bottle w/orifice reducer to create a stock blend for use in an inhaler or steam treatment.

STEP 2

For a steam treatment, add 1 drop of this blend to a bowl of steamy water. Make sure the water is just steaming, not boiling. Close your eyes and lean over the bowl and breathe in the oil. To enhance the effects use a towel over your head to create a tent.

STEP 3

Steam for 5 - 10 minutes.

Safety and dilution

May also be used in a diffuser, inhaler, or diluted in a carrier. Please use caution if epileptic or pregnant due to the rosemary content. For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause a negative reaction.

Kid safety: This blend is safe for kids 10 and over.

Pet safety: If using as a diffuser blend, ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
