Emotionally Uplifting Lotion

Help soothe emotions with this citrusy, floral lotion blend.

This beautiful blend is perfect for those times when one needs a little extra emotional support. These essential oils are so uplifting and healing, working to usher in peace and encourage balance.

Ingredients

6 drops of Bergamot Oil

4 drops of Geranium Oil

2 drops of Rose Otto Oil

2 drops of Orange Sweet Oil

2 fl ozs of Lotion - Unscented

Supplies

1 small PET jar

Directions

STEP 1

Blend the essential oils into 2 fl oz of unscented lotion.

STEP 2

Mix with a clean stir rod or metal spoon.

STEP 3

Apply as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend is between a 1% and 2% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Remember to use on areas that will not be exposed to the sun due to the bergamot oil’s phototoxicity.

Kid safety: Use cautiously with kids between 5 and 10.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
