Frankincense Evening Diffuser Blend

This evening blend is perfect when starting to unwind from your day.

Frankincense frereana is considered the king of all frankincense. Ground and soothe while encouraging relaxation and a healthy emotional outlook.

Ingredients

5 drops of Frankincense Frereana Oil

4 drops of Rhododendron Oil

3 drops of Nutmeg Oil

Supplies

1 aroma cloud diffuser

Directions

STEP 1

Fill your diffuser with water (fill to the indicated fill line within the diffuser).

STEP 2

Add the essential oils to your diffuser and enjoy the aroma.

Safety and dilution

Please use caution if pregnant or nursing.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 5 and over.

Pet safety: Ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

If blending in larger quantities to store for future use, the ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
