Healing Heart Lotion

Healing Heart Lotion Blend is so supportive when your heart is hurting, and your spirit needs some TLC.

The essential oils in this Healing Heart blend create a bright aroma that is sweet, citrusy, woodsy, resinous, slightly smoky, and richly floral. These same oils are also nourishing to the skin when it needs a little extra support.

Ingredients

30 drops of Healing Heart Blend

2 fl ozs of Lotion - Unscented

Supplies

1 PET bottle with popup cap (2 fl-oz)

Directions

STEP 1

Add lotion to a 2 oz bottle with pop-up lid.

STEP 2

Add essential oils to the lotion.

STEP 3

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 4

Apply as a daily skin nourishing lotion.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if asthmatic. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend using 10 drops of the blend in 2oz of unscented lotion.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
