Hop To Anti-Spasmodic Oil

When spasms and uncomfortable hurting areas needs to be stopped, this recipe is your friend.

Hops essential oil is known for helping ease discomfort. This synergistic blend is perfect for bedtime or when wanting downtime to recuperate.

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of arnica oil.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Gently massage into painful areas to help obtain relief.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 3 drops hops, 2 drops roman chamomile, 1 drop balsam copaiba.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
