Injury Repair Oil

Calm and soothe sore muscles after a workout, or injury.

No one can really be shielded from injuries– unless they’re always wrapped up in bubble wrap. Whether it's bruises, sprains, strains, or tight/sore muscles, this blend can accelerate the healing process and alleviate inflammation and swelling, helping you feel brand new!

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of trauma oil.  

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Apply gently to injured area 5 - 6 times daily for 1 - 2 weeks.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if taking any drugs metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: Safe for kids over 10.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
