Hard Day at Work Oil

This blend is so helpful for relieving head tension caused by a long day at work. Whether from the boardroom or your home office.

These oils work to relax tense, tight, spasming muscles; calm mind, body and spirit; and soothe away stress and anxiety!

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of jojoba.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Rub the blend on the temples, carefully avoiding eyes, and the back of the neck, just under the occipital bone.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids over 10.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
