Madagascar Steam Blend

This exotic Madagascar steam blend is perfect for relieving tightness and congestion in the lungs. These essential oils work to relieve inflammation, reduce congestion, and open up the airways, providing welcome support for the lungs and sinuses when experiencing a cold or flu!

Ingredients

20 drops of Saro Oil

20 drops of Ravintsara Oil

10 drops of Helichrysum Bracteiferum Oil

5 drops of Niaouli ct 1-8 Cineole Oil

Supplies

1 glass bottle with orifice reducer (5 ml)

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to a 5 ml amber glass bottle with orifice reducer creating a stock blend.

STEP 2

Use one drop total of the blend in a bowl of steamy, hot water.

STEP 3

Close your eyes and hover your head/face over the bowl. May also cover your head with a towel to create a 'tent'.

STEP 4

We recommend steaming for 5 - 10 mintues.

Safety and dilution

For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Pet safety: If using as a diffuser blend, ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest remaining shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
