Ingredients

1/3 cup of White sugar

Supplies

Directions

STEP 1

Mix the fine grain salt, small grain salt, and white sugar together in a bowl.

STEP 2

Melt the coconut oil and jojoba oil together over low heat and add the essential oils.

STEP 3

Add the carriers and essential oil blend to the salt and sugar and mix well.

STEP 4

Add to your favorite shower container such as a 16 ounce PET jar.

STEP 5

In the shower or tub use a small handful as a scrub and rinse off the salt. After your shower, pat yourself dry to allow the carriers oils to absorb into your skin.

STEP 6

Leave the scrub by your shower or tub and use every few days. Enjoy!

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 1% dilution. For sensitive skin, feel free to use half sugar, half salt, or all sugar. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
