Muscle Aches Butter

This blend is perfect for relieving sore, painful, inflamed muscles.

These oils and carriers work together to make a body butter that calms and relieves those occasional sore areas. Did we mention it is oh-so-luscious and nourishing, too?!

Directions

STEP 1

Melt the beeswax, kombo butter, and jojoba in a double boiler.

STEP 2

Add the essential oils to the melted carrier oils and butters.

STEP 3

Pour into 2-3, 2 oz glass jars and loosely cover until cool.

STEP 4

Gently massage into the painful area(s) as needed for relief.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
