Muscle Spasms Oil

This blend brings welcome relief to tight, cramping, and spasming muscles.

These essential oils are incredibly calming and healing to the physical terrain. They have wonderful antispasmodic and anti-inflammation activity, making them ideal for helping soothe painful muscle cramps and spasms.

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of trauma oil.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Apply to painful areas as needed.

STEP 4

Jojoba is a great substite if one does not have trauma oil.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
