My Poor Chapped Lip Balm

Kiss those chapped lips goodbye!

This deliciously citrusy lip balm blend is so moisturizing and healing for dry, irritated lips. Perfect for the entire family!

Directions

STEP 1

Melt a 1/2 oz of beeswax and 1 fl oz of jojoba in a double boiler. If you do not have a double boiler, try a Pyrex measuring cup rested in a soup pot filled 1/4 of the way with water.

STEP 2

When melted, take off the stove and add the shea butter and orange essential oil.

STEP 3

Stir until melted and pour immediately into lip balm tins.

STEP 4

This recipe will make about 4 - 1 oz tins.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at less than a 1% dilution. No safety concerns.

Kid safety: This blend is safe for kids of any age.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
