Overdid It Oil

This wonderful blend helps bring soothing relief!

These oils provide support to healthy muscles and joints by minimizing the occasional painful areas and easing muscle spasms. Perfect for those times when we overdo it!

Ingredients

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oil to 1 fl oz of balm of gilead infused olive oil.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Apply to painful, constricted muscles as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if epileptic, pregnant, or nursing. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
