Overworked Muscle Oil

This blend of powerful essential oils is perfect for relieving stiffness resulting from overuse.

These oils provide support to muscles and joints that have been overworked by minimizing tightness. It also offers a cooling sensation when certain areas are feeling hot and uncomfortable.

STEP 1

Add 1 fl oz of jojoba oil to an empty 1 oz glass bottle w/coned cap. 

STEP 2

Add the essential oil drops to the jojoba oil. 

STEP 3

Cap your bottle and shake gently to blend. 

STEP 4

Rub on sore areas several times daily as needed. 

Safety and dilution

This blend was created between a 2% and 3% dilution. Please use caution if epileptic, asthmatic, pregnant, or nursing. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
