This soothing blend can help bring welcome relief and ease tension and spasms.

Ingredients

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of trauma oil.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Rub on the affected areas for pain relief.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
