Morning Stiffness Soak

Relieve stiffness and limber up for the day!

These sublime essential oils blend together to soak away morning stiffness, energize muscles and joints while promoting healthy circulation, and immune support.

Directions

STEP 1

Combine the essentials oils, carrier oil and salt into a bowl and mix well.

STEP 2

Pour mixed ingredients into a full bath.

STEP 3

Time to relax!

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 0.5% dilution. Use caution if pregnant, epileptic, or asthmatic.

Kid safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend not including the Rosemary ct camphor.

Shelf Life

This is a one time use blend. However, if storing the blend, the ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend. If the blend starts to dry out, feel free to add more Jojoba.
