Soothing Injury Gel

Soothe and calm injuries and skin conditions.

The powerful soothing properties of these amazing oils, combined with the healing power of aloe vera gel, make a synergistic blend that is perfect for angry, inflamed injuries or skin conditions.

Ingredients

Supplies

Directions

STEP 1

Warm the whole container of german chamomile CO2 total extract in a water bath until it is liquid. A mug warmer works well too.

STEP 2

Add the Aloe Vera Gel to the 1 oz bottle.

STEP 3

Add solubol.

STEP 4

Add the essential oils to the Aloe. For optimal results, the Aloe should be at room temperature to ensure the warm CO2 extract does not solidify before being properly dispersed in the Aloe.

STEP 5

Apply 2 - 3 times a day to the inflamed area.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Because this recipe contains spike lavender, please use with caution on those who are epileptic or pregnant. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: This blend should be used cautiously with kids under 10.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
