Muscle Spasms Relief Oil

This synergy of essential oils is a welcome relief for those occasional times when help is needed.

This blend in Arnica oil is perfect for nighttime or when needing to get some rest while letting an uncomfortable tight area relax and unwind.

Ingredients

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oils directly to a 1 fl oz bottle of arnica oil.

STEP 2

Roll the bottle gently to blend everything together. 

STEP 3

Massage gently onto painful, tight, and inflamed areas.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
