Sore Muscles & Stress Oil

This wonderful topical blend helps ease sore, tight muscles brought on by stress.

These powerful, soothing oils work together to melt away tension and soreness!

Directions

STEP 1

Add 1 fl oz of jojoba oil to an empty glass bottle.

STEP 2

Drop the essential oils into the jojoba oil.

STEP 3

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend. 

STEP 4

Apply freely to sore areas.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 2% dilution. Please use caution if epileptic, pregnant, nursing, or going out into the sun. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
