Sore Muscles Travel Oil

This refreshing blend helps soothe sore, achy muscles and rejuvenate body and mind.

We love to take this blend with us when traveling, as it can help combat the aches and pains, stresses, and fatigue that often accompany any voyage!

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of trauma oil.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Apply to sore areas as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if asthmatic, or if going out into the sun. Best avoided on broken skin. We also recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
