These warming, penetrating essential oils are perfect for soothing over-worked, stressed muscles.

These oils work together to soothe away pain and relax tightness, while also supporting healthy breathing.

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of jojoba.

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Massage onto sore muscles as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 2% dilution. Please use caution if epileptic, pregnant or nursing. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
