Stronger Joints Oil

Comfort stressed out joints with this soothing oil.

Allowing your joints to rest is one of the best ways to support them after a stressful event. Comfort them as they regain strength with this arnica-based blend of soothing essential oils, including mastic.

Directions

STEP 1

Add just under 1 fl oz. of Arnica Oil to an empty 1 oz. glass bottle w/coned cap (leave just enough room for the remaining ingredients).

STEP 2

Drop the essential oils into the Arnica Oil, cap the bottle and roll gently to blend.

STEP 3

Massage onto sore, tired joints as needed for relief.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend patch testing on a small area of skin to ensure there isn't a negative reaction.

Kid safety: For kids between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 4 drops Juniper Berry Oil, 2 drops Lemon Oil, 2 drops Mastic Oil.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
