Thick Mucous Diffuser Blend

Don't suffer any longer, try this blend so you can breathe clearly again.

This blend is so helpful for clearing up thick mucous and congestion caused by an occasional respiratory dis-ease.

Ingredients

20 drops of Ravintsara Oil

10 drops of Juniper Berry Oil

10 drops of Engelmann Spruce Oil

10 drops of Cypress Oil

Supplies

1 glass bottle with orifice reducer (5 ml)

Directions

STEP 1

Combine essential oils in a 5 ml amber glass bottle to make a stock blend.

STEP 2

Add 5 - 10 drops of the stock blend to a diffuser.

Safety and dilution

For asthmatics, we recommend gently smelling the caps of each oil before blending to ensure the oils do not cause any sensitivity.

Pet safety: Ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

If blending in larger quantities to store for future use, the ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
