Warm Those Joints Oil

Ease sore joints with these warming essential oils.

This warming blend of essential oils works to loosen cold, stiff joints and give relief while increasing circulation.

Ingredients

Directions

STEP 1

Blend the essential oils in 1 fl oz of trauma oil. 

STEP 2

Cap the bottle and shake gently to blend.

STEP 3

Apply the blend directly to areas of concern as needed.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity. Best avoided on broken skin.

Kid safety: For children between the ages of 5 and 10, we recommend 2 drops lavender, 1 drop helichrysum, 1 drop turmeric, 1 drop juniper berry, 1 drop ginger.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
