Warming Diffuser Blend

Create a warming atmosphere during the colder months!

The essential oils in this diffuser blend combine to promote energy and warmth even when it's cold outside! Use this diffuser blend to ease congestion and encourage healthy breathing as the seasons change,

Ingredients

2 drops of Cardamom Oil

2 drops of Pinyon Pine Oil

2 drops of Ravintsara Oil

2 drops of Carrot Seed Wild Oil

Supplies

1 aroma cloud diffuser

Directions

STEP 1

Fill your diffuser with the appropriate amount of water (most diffusers will have a fill line within them to use as a guide).

STEP 2

Drop the essential oils into your diffuser.

STEP 3

Power on your diffuser.

STEP 4

Enjoy!

Safety and dilution

Please use caution if asthmatic.

Kid safety: We recommend using caution when diffusing around kids between the ages of 5 and 10.

Pet safety: Ensure any pets have another space to go to if the aroma starts to bother them.

Shelf Life

If blending in larger quantities to store for future use, the ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
