Whipped Shea & Kombo Butter

This gorgeous whipped body butter blend is so luscious, soothing, and nourishing.

Did we mention this body butter has a rich, velvety aroma that is simply divine? If you love body butter, this one is a must-try! Due to the Kombo butter, this blend is perfect for those who have areas of pain and inflammation as well. It is multi-purpose!

Ingredients

4 ozs of Shea Butter

2 ozs of Cocoa Butter

2 ozs of Kombo Butter

1 fl oz of Jojoba Oil

Supplies

3 large PET jars (4 fl-oz)

Directions

STEP 1

Melt the shea and cocoa butters in a double boiler.

STEP 2

Once melted, take off of the heat and add the Kombo Butter and jojoba.

STEP 3

Once all the butters are incorporated, place in the refrigerator until cool and the top begins to harden slightly.

STEP 4

Blend with a mixer on high speed for 3 - 4 minutes, resting for two minutes. Continue this for approximately 20-30 minutes until you obtain a gorgeous whipped butter!

STEP 5

Once whipped, feel free to add essential oils of choice.

Safety and dilution

We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Generally, Kombo butter is safe for children in small amounts, but we always recommend a patch test as they have such tender skin.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
