Woodsy Stiff Hand Lotion

This spicy, woodsy blend is perfect to help support normal hand function.

This blend is so helpful for stiff joints. Apply regularly to bring soothing relief!

Ingredients

5 drops of Cedarwood Indian Oil

5 drops of Spike Lavender Oil

5 drops of Black Spruce Oil

3 drops of Clove Bud Oil

1 fl oz of Lotion - Unscented

Supplies

1 glass jar (1 fl-oz)

Directions

STEP 1

Add the essential oils to 1 fl oz of unscented lotion.

STEP 2

Mix with a clean stir rod or metal spoon.

STEP 3

Rub on affected areas several times a day.

Safety and dilution

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. Please use caution if asthmatic, epileptic, pregnant, or nursing. We recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Kid safety: Safe for kids 10 and over.

Shelf Life

The ingredient with the shortest shelf life remaining becomes the shelf life of the entire blend.
