White Pine Essential Oil

White Pine Essential Oil

Pinus strobus

White Pine (Pinus strobus) is steam distilled from the needles, and ours comes from certified organic trees in Canada. The aroma is woodsy, fresh, and piney, a bright top note that lifts a blend.

This is a monoterpene oil through and through, close to 92% monoterpenes on average. α-Pinene leads, typically 31-43% in our batches, with β-pinene right behind at 26-35%. Both are known for antimicrobial activity, and α-pinene is also valued for its anti-inflammatory character. β-Myrcene shows up around 5-10%, adding a calming quality. Together these are the components White Pine is loved for: fresh, clearing support for easy breathing and comfort after exertion.

Every batch we bring in is independently GC-MS tested, and the full report for each one lives right here on this page, so you can see the chemistry for yourself.
