Avocado Oil

Avocado Oil (Persea gratissima) is cold pressed from the fruit. Every batch we have brought in, going back to 2017, has come from certified organic growers in Kenya.

It pours as a dark green liquid, and it smells like what it is: avocado. The texture is thick and luxurious, and it's highly penetrating, so it sinks in rather than sitting on the surface. This is one of the most nourishing carriers you can give your skin. It deeply moisturizes, and it's a good choice when you want something soothing for aches and general discomfort. Avocado oil is soluble in oil, so it blends easily with other carriers and with essential oils. Shelf life is about three years. A patch test is always a good idea.
