Blood Orange Hydrosol

Blood Orange Hydrosol is steam distilled from the fruit of Citrus sinensis. Every batch we have brought in has come from certified organic distillation in the USA, going back to our first batch in 2017.

It's a clear to pale yellow, water-like liquid with a slightly sweet, fruity, tangy aroma. It dissolves in both water and alcohol, so it blends easily into sprays, toners, and rinses, and it makes a lovely base for a room spray in place of plain water. This is a gentle hydrosol with antibacterial and antiviral qualities, and it's skin regenerative, meaning it can support skin's own renewal. Many people find the aroma quietly mood-lifting. Plan on using it within about a year and a half.

Every batch is logged right here with its origin and best-by date, and certificates of analysis are available to download where we have them.
