Chai Co-distill Hydrosol

Chai co-distill hydrosol is made by steam distilling a group of warming spices together in one run, including ginger, cinnamon, and clove buds. Co-distilling means the aromatic water carries all of those plants at once rather than one at a time. Every batch we have logged since 2017 has been distilled in the USA from certified organic material.

This is a comforting hydrosol. It is valued for its warming, analgesic, and antimicrobial character, for immune support, and for a nervine quality that can help soften restlessness at the end of a long day. Please avoid spraying it on skin or around the eyes. Stored cool and tightly closed, it keeps for about a year and a half.

Every batch is logged on this page with its origin and best-by date, and certificates of analysis are available to download where we have them.
