Lemon Verbena Hydrosol

Lemon Verbena Hydrosol (Aloysia citrodora) is the water that comes off a steam distillation, carrying the gentle, water-soluble side of the plant. Every batch we have logged has come from certified organic material grown and distilled in the USA, going back to our first distillation in 2016.

This is a mild hydrosol with a lot of range. It is purifying, and it can help reduce the presence of microbes, including on the skin, which is why I like it as a toner. That same quality makes it a good fit for surface sprays and room sprays. It also brings immune-supporting benefits, and it is well suited to supporting emotional balance. There are no known safety concerns. Stored cool and closed, it keeps for about a year and a half.
