Moringa Oil

Moringa Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of Moringa oleifera, a tree in the Moringaceae family. Every batch we have brought in, going back to 2016, has come from organically grown trees in India.

It pours as a green to light brown viscous liquid with a slightly nutty aroma, soft enough that it blends easily into body oils and balms without taking over. It is soluble in oil and alcohol. Moringa is a nourishing carrier oil with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties, and it is often chosen for skin regenerative care. It keeps well too, with a shelf life of about four years. A patch test for sensitivity is always a good idea.

Every batch we receive is logged on this page with its country of origin and best-by date, and certificates of analysis are available to download where we have them.
