Lotion - Unscented

Unscented Lotion is a ready-made base, blended and bottled in the USA. Every batch we have logged has come from the same country of origin, going back to our earliest records in 2017. It arrives as a white, smooth, creamy lotion, and it is odorless, so nothing competes with the essential oils you add to it.

That neutrality is the point. A plain lotion base gives you an easy way to bring aromatics into a form that spreads well and absorbs into the skin, and it is one of the most versatile things to keep on your blending shelf. Shelf life is about one year, so it is best to make what you will use in that window and store it somewhere cool and dark.

Every batch we receive is logged on this page with its origin and best-by date, with certificates of analysis available for download where we have them.
